Royal Estates is a 2.3 million ft2 premier gated community in Dubai Investment Park to be developed in phases. Centrally located amidst a reserve of green spaces is a block of buildings, comprising 1,200 apartments including studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and office suites.
The goal was to create the visual identity for this residences and their environment.
The textures are the result of the superposition of each animal in different stances, reinforcing the concept of discovery throughout the brand.
